Depson has inhouse team of HVAC & Refrigeration consultantS. "HVAC &R" work is designed as per client's requirement which include factors such as budget, space, delivery etc. HVAC & Refrigeration work includes following scope:-

• Preparation of preliminary drawings for Architect’s /Client’s approval. Giving required details of A.C. Plant room details, duct sizes; duct lay out, electrical details, etc.
• Preparation of bill in regards to quantity required for the projects as per the approved drawings.
• Forwarding the estimates of costs.
• Preparation of Heat Load estimation and system design with the assimilated data.
• Preparation of work drawings and detailed specifications for the complete air-conditioning system, and obtaining the approval of the Architect / Client.
• Co-coordinating overall designing, drawings, with other services like structure, sanitary, and electrical work etc.
• Preparation of detailed bill of quantities.
• Working out detailed estimated cost.
• Preparation of tender drawings and tender document. Releasing the same to the various contractors.
• Providing necessary assistance to the Client in Scrutinizing, checking, & commenting on the tenders, after receipt of the same from the contractors.
• Providing assistance to the Client if required in negotiating with contractors.
• Periodical visits to the site during execution to monitor the progress of the work, quality of work.
• Develop P&I (Piping and Instrumentation) diagrams, system designing with AutoCAD including sheet metal fabrication, duct designing for air conditioning plants.
• Detailing of 3D & 2D for HVAC components i.e. HVAC unit, Condenser, Compressor, Piping, Electrical Control Panel, Ducting, Grills & Brackets.
• As per customer requirement, designing of water cooled chillers, air cooled chillers, dehumidifiers, heat pumps, AHU (Air Handling Units), Environmental Chambers, special purpose refrigeration       machinery including P&I (Piping and Instrumentation) diagrams, assembly of product at shop floor and installation at the site for all Freon-based refrigerants.
• Concept proposal & Mounting scheme proposals for HVAC & Refrigeration System.
