What is the guarantee period in Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze type Product?
The warranty period is of one year from the date of manufacturing/ commissioning/ installation/ testing or eighteen months from the date of dispatch or as per the classification of the product (Platinum/ Gold/ Silver / Bronze) from the original invoice date.
Is Cash on Delivery option available?
Cash on Delivery option is available for selected locations, with Shipping and handling fees to be paid by the customer.
How can we replace Defectives pieces ordered in bulk?
The Depson warrants their product/service to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use and conditions. The warranty period is of one year or as per the classification of the product (Platinum/ Gold/ Silver / Bronze) from the original invoice date.
Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer.
The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer).
Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.
What is the cancellation fee of the ordered Products?
Cancellation fee is applicable as per time of cancellation, stage of product manufacturing/ dispatch or service rendered.
Can We replace the products?
